Agency Notes
From Toronto International Film Festival:
Swedish filmmaker Alexandra-Therese Keining, whose film Girls Lost premiered at TIFF, has signed with Harley Copen and Brian Diperstein at ICM Partners.
Belgian-Moroccan filmmakers Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi (TIFF entry Black) have signed with CAA, where theyll be repped by Ida Ziniti, as well as with Management 360, where their points will be Daniel Rappaport and Adam Simpson-Marshall.
Turkish filmmaker Deniz Gamze Erguven, whose drama Mustangs made its North American premiere at TIFF, has also signed with CAA and Management 360, where shell be represented by Maha Dakhil and Eryn Brown, respectively.
At WME:
Filmmaker Shane Carruth, who became a cult hero with his ultra-low-budget films Primer and Upstream Color, is now represented by Dan Aloni.
At ICM Partners:
Actor Ed Westwick (Gossip Girl) has signed with Steve Alexander.
At Gersh:
TV star Eric McCormack is now represented by Nick Collins and Leslie Siebert.
New Hires:
Talent agent Ben Gorman has joined Don Buchwald and Associates, coming over from Pakula/King.
Former manager Michael Kolodny joins Kaplan Stahler as a literary agent.
Former TV exec Garrett Greer joins Rain Management Group as a literary manager.
PR Notes
PMKBNC has signed actor/personality Wayne Brady.
Actor Jonathan Groff is now with Shelter PR.
